Stacey Balas was closing the store (Subway) in which she worked on November 26, 1996. She did not return home and since that time, she has not been seen nor heard from again. Her vehicle was found abandoned at a motel in the following days but still no sign of Stacey.
An individual by the name of Larry Wade was working with Stacey on the night of her disappearance. Larry had previous brushes with authorities for sexual misconduct with women. Larry is a suspect in Stacey's disappearance but to date, he has not been charged. Less than three months after Stacey's disappearance, Larry Wade was arrested for a brutal rape and attempted murder of another lady in the same area. Larry now resides in an Ohio prison but claims he knows nothing of Stacey's disappearance. The family needs someone to come forward with the information to help find Stacey. On August 28, 1996 at approximately 11:30 PM, Carrie Culberson was dropped off by her friends at her residence. She did not make into the house. Something went awry that night. In the following days after her disappearance, suspician fell on none other than her on and off again boyfriend, Vincent Doan. Carrie had pending assault charges against Vincent Doan for an attack exactly a month before she vanished. Doan had attacked Carrie with a space heater. The attack caused Carrie to need 5 staples to close the gash in the back of her head. In the following months after she vanished, kidnapping charges were upgraded to murder charges against Vincent Doan, although both Carrie and her 1989 Red Honda CRX remained missing. The jury convicted Vincent Doan for Carrie's disappearance and murder. He is now serving a life sentence without parole in an Ohio prison. More charges would follow for the police chief, Doan's half brother, and Doan's father. At this time, even with the convictions, Carrie remains MISSING. It is the continued hope of Carrie's family that her body can be recovered for a proper burial. She is considered to be "deceased". Please help us find Carrie. Christina was last seen in Whatcom County during March 1996. She resided in Everett, Washington. Her hair was dyed blond at the time she disappeared.
On 03/02/1996 Christina was denied entry from Washington state into Canada at the border crossing north of Lynden, Washington. On 03/24/1996, at 12:36 P.M. her silver 1986 Mazda was found abandoned at the end of Froberg Road, approximately 300 yards south of the U.S. / Canadian Border. Then on 03/24/1996, at 6:53 P.M. a Canadian resident reported to the Langley Detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that a distraught female, who identified herself as Christina, was in the road on Old Yale Road, British Columbia, Canada. Christina was gone when the RCMP Constable arrived in the area.
The area where Christina's vehicle was abandoned was searched. There was no evidence of foul play or of a possible destination. She has had no contact with family or friends since her disappearance.

Robert lived in Burien, King County, Washington. His hair may be blond/brown. He wears noticeable jewelry including a large diamond ring. He may have been carrying a large amount of cash the day he disappeared. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, swap meets, and garage sales. Dental X-rays are available.
Robert was a dealer of vintage and exotic cars. He was known to travel via public transit to inspect and purchase vehicles. Robert's 1989 Mercedes Benz was discovered in a Burien Park N' Ride on March 11, 1996.
He is not considered to have possibly left of his own will, foul play is suspected.

On August 26, 1995 Heather Danyelle Teague was lying in the sun on Newburgh Beach in Spottsville, Ky. The only eyewitness on a crowded beach and in broad daylight was a man watching through a telescope across the river in Indiana. Mr. Tim Wathall states that he saw a man with dark bushy hair and a beard standing in the woods carrying a big silver pistol. He told his wife that he hoped it was 'her' boyfriend playing a joke. The man marched down to where Heather lay face-down on her blue and white lounge chair. He whispered to her wrapping her long brown hair around his wrist while pointing a pistol to her face. He literally jerked Heather up and dragged her into the woods. Her bathing suit top fell to the ground as she clung to her towel. Heather's screams could not be heard over the four-wheeler that was being ridden only yards away as the 'abduction' was in progress! A Kentucky State Policeman could be seen through the telescope! (A truck had been stuck in the mud the night before and had started leaking gasoline at the time of the 'abduction'. Two KSP were called to pull the vehicle from the mud. A farmer, Mr. Jim Allen was filming crop damage on the beach that hot, blurry Saturday. He filmed Heather's red '90 Nissan Sentra on purpose and accidentally filmed a red '85 Ford Bronco with a white luggage rack. At 8:00 p.m. (seven hours after Heather was 'abducted') four screams were heard down from 8663 John-Steele Rd. in Robards, Ky. Was Heather still screaming seven hours after she was dragged into the woods? On September 1, 1995 Marty Dill committed suicide as KSP were attempting to serve a search warrant at the residence on John-Steele Rd. On November 7, 1995 his widow Traci plead the fifth at a Grand Jury hearing held in Henderson, Ky.
